Frequently asked questions

What's included?

One grey NapHug inflatable travel pillow.

Does it really help you sleep sitting up?

Yes. You lean forward and rest your head with your neck straight, so it doesn't drop to the side.

How do I use it?

Inflate it, rest it on your lap or tray table, and lean into it with your arms around it. The front opening keeps your face free so you can breathe.

How do I inflate and store it?

Through its valve, in seconds. Tip: don't inflate it all the way; it's comfier at about half. Deflated, it folds up and fits in your backpack.

Another flight without sleeping a wink?

Sitting up, your neck can't find a position: your head drops, you wake up every few minutes and you get off the plane more tired than when you boarded.

Neck pillows aren't made for sleeping sitting up

The classic U-shape holds you at the sides, but your head falls forward. So you keep nodding off, your neck aches the next day, and you lose the first day of your trip recovering.
